July 17: Milissa and Bill were joined by Val Wood. She has the ability to receive messages from Arch Angel Michael. Through him ,she gave messages to callers from loved ones that have passed. Let us tell you, It was a VERY emotional show.
Val soothed the troubled hearts for many we are sure.

June 20: Milissa was sharing her story about the waxing class she took (can you believe you can wax nose hairs?) , Derrik broke in with the report of a tornado in the area! The rest of the show was crazy. We were trying to stay on topic and everything was nuts with the storm watch and all. We launched our second week of H.G.L .worth savings to listeners. April 25. Milissa talked about how she met her husband and the connection to her mom who had passed two years prior to their meeting. There was another connection made between Milissa's mom and husband on the Karen and Denise show that airs every Thursday at 6pm on the same station. WOW! pretty freaky.

May 1: Happy May! Bill joined Milissa in the studio today. The chatter was about pets. (Primarily Jack and Max )Milissa and Bills cats and their antics. The discussion turned into the shelters that are no kill and they have protected our future pets from being killed. They also talked about BEST FRIENDS an animal refuge for animals of all kinds that need a home. Located in Utah. One of our listeners Sandy suggested a match sight for pets like E-Harmony. May 15: Milissa was joined by Cathy Bouchard who owns LE CHOCOLATE 129 Washington St Naperville Ill (630) 355-5720.
The conversation was focused around the fact that cacao the main ingredient in chocolate is truly healthy. It is known as the most complex food known to man.
Cacao has 512+ complex compounds where broccoli has 60 complex compounds.
Cocoa is not the same as cacao, Cocoa is half of cacao. Cocoa butter is the other half.
There are 1500 roasters in Europe where there are 12 in the united states. Two of which are owned by private companies being Hersey's and Geradelli.The others provide "chocolate" mixture for all the other U.S. companies.
When looking for healthy chocolate read labels. Make sure cocoa and cocoa butter are among the top ingredients. If only cocoa, which can also appear as cocoa powder, is listed, the bar is missing half of what makes up the cacao content. If cocoa mass, cocoa solid, or cocoa liqueur appear , the piece has both cocoa powder and cocoa butter.
AVOID HYDROGENATED OIL OR PALM KERNEL OIL. You want cocoa butter.
Sugar should never be listed as one of the first ingredients on a bar of chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Mathematically it is impossible to have that high of a cacao content with sugar.
Cathy went on to say that her regime of one ounce of good European chocolate 1 to 1/2 hours before any consumption of dairy on an empty stomach she believes cured her fibromyalgia .
She is in the middle of a study to see what this regime does for other ailments in people.
